6. Identification Photographs

As part of our chain-of-custody process, identification photographs may be taken at the time of pickup, including of your companion's paws and full body, stamped with date, time, and pickup location. These photographs are retained as part of your service record, may be viewable by you on your status page, and are used solely for identification, chain-of-custody, and quality-assurance purposes.
